I discovered a 'new to me' artist a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love her work. So I just thought I'd share a link on here so that if any of you like this sort of gentle look at lives lived with books and simple countryside things, you can nip over to her website and click onto the 'Shop' header to look at her prints.
Be warned though, I was tempted ... I might have ordered a couple of prints. 😁
A birthday splurge from me to me, it's only a couple of months early!!
Sue xx
Lovely pictures, very homely.
ReplyDeleteThey remind me of some of the childrens book illustrations that I used to pore over when reading to my boys, lots of lovely details to notice ... but these are all for me. 😀
DeleteOh goodness thank you for sharing that artist- I’ve now spent ages perusing and choosing! Danette
ReplyDeleteThere are so many lovely ones to choose from aren't there. ❤️
DeleteOh, they are just lovely! Thanks. xx
ReplyDeleteI can see me with a whole gallery wall of them if I'm not careful!! ;-)
DeleteNaughty Sue-I May have to order one or two as well for my birthday last month. Catriona
ReplyDeleteGood for you, let me know which ones you choose. I went for these two, and at the last minute another one 'fell' into my basket 😀
DeleteI love these prints. I bet you were spoiled for choice 😀 Carol … Life of Pottering
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I could have spent an absolute fortune but apart from the money side of it I had to think of my limited wall space ... as it is I have no idea where my new prints will hang!
DeleteWhat a good find. I may well splash out on some birthday cards.
ReplyDeleteI found them via a meme on Facebook and followed the trail to the artist ... a very happy find. :-)
DeleteOoh they are lovely, so cosy and such detail. A great early birthday treat x
ReplyDeleteAlison in Wales x
Yes, I love the detail in them. :-)
DeleteLove the work of this new-to-me artist. Thanks for the discovery!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to find a new artist isn't it, and lovely to fall down a rabbit hole of their past works.
DeleteJust had to order ‘The perfect evening’ jigsaw. Really love the cosy, homely style of this new to me artist. Charmaine
ReplyDeleteThat one is a lovely jigsaw isn't it. I might be tempted by a jigsaw in the future as they are only 500 pieces and I can just about manage that. :-)
DeleteThe homey touch in her works is so peaceful. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
It really is isn't it, I think that's what drew me in and made them irresistible. xx
DeleteLove these! I have contacted her about shipping items to Canada.
ReplyDeleteOoh I hope she does, that would be lovely for you. xx
DeleteI really like those paintings so off to look her up, thank you.
ReplyDeleteThey are lovely aren't they. ❤️
DeleteBeautiful paintings, such detail. I bought some cards which I might frame.
ReplyDeleteThat's something that I usually do. You can make such lovely pictures by framing a card with a mount or two can't you, and at a fraction of the cost of buying a print. This time I decided to splurge ... I was obviously feeling very extravagant. :-)
