A peaceful, cooling photo for what has been promised to be a hot, hot day.

Something a lot of us are doing at the moment, before jam making, bottling or freezing.
A beautiful green kitchen, and you all know how much I love a green kitchen. 💚
What an idyllic scene you bring to us...
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to end the week on some beautiful, calming images isn't it. :-)
DeleteSome lovely peaceful photos for a hot Sunday.
ReplyDeleteIt was very hot wasn't it. Cool photos don't help that much but they are calming. :-)
DeletePeaceful Sabbath moments...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely, I hope your day was peaceful. xx
DeleteOooh, yes! That kitchen in a house beside that lake. Could you imagine...
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday, Sue. Xx
I really can, imagine washing the pots at the sink and looking out on that lovely calm water. What a way to start or end your day.
DeleteI'm a big fan of green as well. We've got a bit of a green theme throughout our house. Tesco have reduced their little bistro sets, a bit like the one in the photo, to just £30. Obviously I had to purchase one in lovely sage green!!
ReplyDeleteOh lucky you, I saw some similarly reduced sets in retro green I was so tempted, Alan had to pull me up and remind me that our patio already has two chairs and table and two spare chairs stacked in the corner for guests. :-)
DeleteIs that blissful kitchen and garden patio on Right Move? If so I want to buy it🤣 Have a serene Sunday everyone after seeing Sue’s offering today. You never disappoint Sue with your “galleries”. June UK
ReplyDeleteIf it was I would be drooling over my computer!! I'm glad you are enjoying my lovely, simple images.
DeleteI love the green kitchen
ReplyDeleteSo do I ... luckily for my bank balance I have a green kitchen of my own. :-)
DeleteBeautiful pictures especially the last two.
ReplyDeleteThey go so well together don't they. You can imagine stepping out of that kitchen with a coffee in hand to rest a while at the table.
DeleteThe photo your brother took - wow, stunning!
ReplyDeleteLovely Sunday vibes with these restful pictures.

He used to photograph the Lake District a lot when I had my little shop. We put the map references on the back of each of the photographs that I had framed in the shop opposite me, and I had them on the walls of my shop to compliment the lavender products that I used to sell there. The visitors really loved the mix.
DeleteBeautiful photos. I especially love the shady courtyard with the green bistro set. It's not quite so hot in the house today luckily. I've drawn the blinds and am crafting cards for the Hospice shop.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Sunday,
Angie
I have been using my curtains to great advantage over the past few days. It's nice to have a cool home to step into isn't it.
DeleteIndeed it is :)
Delete:-)
DeleteVery serene...Happy Sunday to you!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. xx
DeleteI hope you are having a lovely and serene Sunday. Love the green kitchen.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
We had a lovely day, see the next post for a few details. :-)
DeleteYour brother's photo is lovely and I really like that patio area with all the flowers. Hope you have a lovely, serene Sunday.
ReplyDeleteHe was a photographic judge for a lot of the camera clubs in the north of England, so he has a very good eye. My blog photos improved a lot when he gave me a few tips, but I'm not in his league at all.
DeleteGorgeous pics Sue. I picked some Elderberries yesterday washed them and have frozen them to help with removing the berries from the stalks. I will do that tomorrow and keep them frozen for a wee while longer till I have time to make some jam.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good tip for anyone reading this, it really does work doesn't it. :-)
